Job Description:
CCECC is currently seeking experienced and skilled professionals for the roles of Utility Foreman and Road Foreman in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our project execution, requiring individuals who can effectively supervise site operations while ensuring safety compliance and technical precision. You will be responsible for leading site labor teams, interpreting engineering drawings, and monitoring daily construction progress. We are looking for proactive leaders with a strong background in management of site workflows who can coordinate effectively with project engineers to meet deadlines. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to road construction and utility installation to ensure management targets are met.
- Lead and manage site labor teams to drive productivity and support the sales of project milestones through efficient completion.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings and technical plans with absolute accuracy.
- Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve site-level bottlenecks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with UAE safety regulations and high-quality management standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding site labor welfare and safety training initiatives.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for real-time progress reporting and documentation.
- Support education for site crews regarding technical standards and quality control practices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven hands-on experience in road construction projects is mandatory.
- High level of technical proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation and site execution.
- Strong background in management of site crews and infrastructure installation processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proactive approach to workplace safety and quality control.
- Professional background in education or training related to infrastructure works is a plus.
- Ability to utilize IT tools for effective site reporting and management updates.
- UAE project experience is highly preferred for this Dubai-based role.
