Job Description / Role
Current Openings:
- Guest Service Agent: Manage check-ins/outs and deliver personalized guest assistance.
- Reservations Agent: Handle booking inquiries and optimize room inventory management.
- Waiter / Waitress: Provide high-quality table service in our diverse F&B outlets.
- Commis I & II: Support the kitchen brigade in food preparation and culinary execution.
- AC Technician: Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and facility efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by providing proactive and courteous service.
- Operational Support: Follow departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure seamless hotel functions.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across all departments to achieve hotel KPIs and guest feedback goals.
- Professionalism: Adhere to hotel grooming standards and code of conduct at all times.
- Safety & Hygiene: For F&B/Culinary roles, ensure strict adherence to HACCP and local food safety regulations.
- Technical Execution: For the AC Technician, perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on climate control units.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or Technical Services.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, motivated, and service-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage for front-facing roles.
- Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift hotel environment.
- Technical Skills: For technical roles, hands-on experience with HVAC/AC maintenance is required.
