Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and client-focused Veterinary Clinic Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will be the “face and voice” of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming experience for both clients and their pets. This role is unique as it combines traditional Receptionist duties with support for clinic marketing and Sales initiatives, making it ideal for a dynamic professional who loves animals and people alike.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and friendly approach upon arrival.
- Manage the appointment calendar, handle incoming calls, and coordinate front-desk communications.
- Assist with the clinic’s social media, marketing activities, and various promotional initiatives.
- Support Sales efforts by recommending clinic services and building strong, long-term client loyalty.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Coordinate effectively with the medical staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely consultations.
- Assist the Human Resources and administrative team with daily clinic reporting and documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certificate.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service-focused position is essential.
- A genuine love for animals and comfort working in a clinical pet environment.
- Strong communication skills in English with a positive and professional attitude.
- Prior exposure or an active interest in marketing and Sales activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a caring, pet-focused team.
