Job Description:

A prestigious luxury hospitality and tourism group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Marketing to lead its global strategy from Dubai.   • Define and strengthen global brand positioning through integrated, high-impact marketing strategies.

  • Establish and manage high-value global partnerships that expand brand visibility and market presence.
  • Oversee substantial marketing budgets while ensuring measurable ROI and performance optimization for management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to mentor senior marketing leaders and foster a culture of performance excellence.
  • Coordinate with engineering and facility teams to ensure brand consistency across all physical luxury assets.
  • Support education and training programs for marketing staff to maintain global industry standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • Proven senior executive leadership success in managing large-scale global campaigns for luxury brands.
  • Extensive background in management within the luxury hospitality or tourism sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering measurable impact on sales and brand equity.
  • Expert knowledge of Information Technology platforms used in digital marketing and consumer analytics.
  • Professional background in education or executive coaching related to luxury brand management is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership presence and the ability to represent the brand at the highest industry levels.
