Job Description:
Liwa Education is currently looking for a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking Vice Principal (VP) to join Liwa International School for Girls (LISG) in Al Ain. This senior leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for an education professional who is passionate about academic excellence and fostering a positive learning culture. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and strategic management of the school, working closely with the Principal to enhance teaching standards and ensure a high-performing environment. We are seeking a leader who can inspire staff, engage with parents, and drive student outcomes through sound educational judgment and a collaborative spirit.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in the overall strategic management and daily operations of the school.
- Lead and enhance academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels.
- Oversee student development initiatives and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive school culture.
- Assist with staff performance evaluations, professional development, and engagement strategies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding faculty recruitment, retention, and labor compliance.
- Maintain strong, transparent relationships with parents and the wider Al Ain community.
- Utilize Information Technology and School Management Systems to track student progress and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all school activities comply with ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) regulations and standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related academic field; Master’s Degree or Leadership Qualification (e.g., NPQH) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role within a school setting.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development and modern pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.
- Sound educational judgment and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of the UAE educational landscape and ADEK requirements.
- Commitment to fostering an empowering environment for female students.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for academic data analysis and administrative reporting.
