Videographer / Content Creator – Dubai, UAE | Earlybird Properties

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production: Shoot high-quality video content focusing on real estate properties, luxury lifestyle, and brand marketing.
• Dynamic Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos (5–10 per week) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Trend Analysis: Constantly research and apply the latest social media trends, sounds, and transitions to the content strategy.
• Platform Management: Oversee posting schedules and monitor engagement performance to optimize future content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm and execute creative brand campaigns.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in videography and editing using both professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Digital Strategy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach.
• Language: Mandatory proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and English for effective team communication.
• Availability: Immediate joiners currently inside the UAE (Visit, Canceled, or Own Visa accepted).
• Output: Ability to work fast and produce high-quality storytelling content consistently.
