🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production: Capture and edit high-quality video content specifically tailored for social media (Reels/TikTok), branding, and digital platforms.
• Technical Setup: Manage professional lighting configurations and audio recording setups to ensure broadcast-quality output.
• Post-Production: Execute advanced video editing, color grading, and basic motion graphics to enhance visual narratives.
• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute creative concepts from scratch.
• Project Management: Ensure all video projects are delivered within strict deadlines while maintaining the company’s high quality standards.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and manage all in-house camera gear, lenses, and production equipment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse filming and editing styles.
• Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Creative Vision: Exceptional visual storytelling ability with an eye for composition, pacing, and color.
• Education: Diploma or Degree holder in Media Production, Film, Multimedia, or Visual Arts.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage complex production schedules and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, stabilizers (Gimbals), and audio gear.
