Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage end-to-end processing for worldwide visa applications, including Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada.
- Documentation Audit: Conduct meticulous reviews of client documents to ensure 100% compliance with specific embassy and consulate requirements.
- Online Systems: Navigate and submit applications through various governmental and third-party visa portals (VFS Global, BLS, etc.).
- Client Support: Provide expert advisory and continuous updates to clients regarding their application status and travel regulations.
- Deadline Compliance: Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight submission windows and travel deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in visa processing within a reputable agency.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of current global visa documentation and online application systems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-value clients professionally.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on complex cases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent professional diploma in a relevant field.
