🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide professional, friendly, and polished table service in accordance with luxury hotel standards.
• Atmosphere Management: Create a welcoming environment by proactively understanding and anticipating guest needs.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings to provide accurate recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily setup, side-work, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Sofitel brand through professional presentation and a positive “guest-first” attitude.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Previous background in hospitality or Food & Beverage service is an advantage.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with international guests.
• Professionalism: Impeccable grooming standards and a consistently positive, resilient attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operational needs.
• Availability: Candidates ready to join immediately are highly preferred.
