Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Incharge to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who can supervise daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth inbound and outbound movement for management and operational review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock control compliance, and supporting procurement teams. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SAP Systems and the UAE market dynamics. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations across our Dubai facilities.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records to meet management stock control and quality standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and procurement teams regarding logistics flow, safety regulations, and operational excellence.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes ensuring timely movement of goods and stock rotation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and SAP systems for efficient stock tracking, data management, and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Practical professional experience working with SAP systems is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics within the UAE.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety standards, safety regulations, and quality compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; experience in the food trading or commodities industry is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of the Dubai/UAE market and supply chain dynamics.
