Warehouse & Operations Executive – Dubai, UAE | Irma Fitness

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Manage optimal storage space and track all movements (incoming, outgoing, in-process, and ready stock).
• ERP Management: Ensure all records and inventory activities are updated in real-time within the ERP system.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee delivery planning, coordinate service/maintenance jobs, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Refurbishment Workflow: Plan and monitor productivity to ensure equipment meets quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain full accountability for every unit received, sold, or in the refurbishment process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven background in warehouse, logistics, and operations management.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for team coordination.
• Preferred: Experience in the fitness equipment industry or technical service/refurbishment workflows.
