Warehouse Supervisor – Dubai, UAE | Vivandi Group (Logistics/Supply Chain)

About the Role:

Vivandi Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities for a fast-moving logistics operation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain stock integrity, and coordinate effectively with other departments to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise and coordinate daily operations to meet productivity targets, oversee direct order fulfillment for timely dispatch, manage inventory control (including reconciliations and reporting), liaise with procurement/sales/logistics teams to streamline workflows, and strictly enforce company safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee direct fulfilment processes to guarantee timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
• Manage inventory control, perform stock reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports.
• Liaise closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to streamline workflows.
• Enforce company procedures and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years’ proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar operational roles.
• Practical experience with Odoo or comparable ERP/WMS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage warehouse functions and lead a small team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
