Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about technology and digital trends. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and presenting tailored digital solutions to prospective clients. Your role is central to our growth, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and the promotion of our full suite of website development and digital marketing packages. We are looking for a result-oriented individual who can build long-term relationships and effectively communicate the value of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing to business owners across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell comprehensive website development services, including corporate sites, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages.
  • Promote performance-based digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Generate a robust pipeline of new business leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Meet with prospective clients to present tailored service proposals and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals consistently to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
  • Coordinate with the Management team to align sales activities with agency growth objectives.
  • Liaise with the IT and development teams to ensure client requirements are technically feasible.
  • Support Human Resources in highlighting our collaborative work culture to potential new recruits.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of sales experience in the UAE, ideally within the digital marketing or web services sector.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and website solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the end-to-end sales cycle effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust with diverse business owners.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage for field visits.
