Job Description:
ONTRACK Energy is seeking experienced Well Test Senior Operators and Well Test Operators to support our growing operations in the UAE and the wider Gulf region. These roles are critical for providing high-quality data and operational control during the testing phases of oil and gas wells. You will be responsible for operating specialized equipment, monitoring pressures, and ensuring all testing protocols are followed with precision. We are looking for technically proficient individuals who can thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and represent our brand while working on sites for leading regional operators. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise well testing operations including equipment setup, monitoring, and data acquisition.
- Ensure all high-pressure testing equipment is operated safely and maintained according to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide accurate real-time data for well performance analysis.
- Strictly adhere to HSE policies and environmental regulations on both offshore and onshore sites.
- Liaise with site management to ensure project milestones and testing objectives are met.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding rotation schedules, safety certifications, and site mobilizations.
- Utilize specialized Information Technology and well-testing software for digital recording and report generation.
- Mentor junior operators and assist in technical training to maintain high operational standards across the team.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant Technical Certification in Well Testing (Offshore/Onshore certifications are highly preferred).
- Strong technical expertise and significant hands-on experience in Well Testing operations.
- Eligibility: Open to candidates of Indian, Malaysian, and Filipino nationalities (per project requirements).
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in demanding and multicultural work environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with IT tools used for automated data logging and remote monitoring.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Valid offshore survival and safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET/H2S) will be considered a major advantage.
