Job Description:
Fitout Bureau is recruiting experienced technical tradespeople across six specialized roles: Electrician, Gypsum Carpenter, Painter, Duct Man, AC Technician, and Finishing Carpenter. Based in Dubai, the successful candidates will interpret technical shop drawings, execute site installations, ensure strict compliance with UAE safety and quality standards, and deliver precision craftsmanship on commercial and residential interior fit-out projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties according to the requirements of the assigned trade (Electrical, Gypsum, Painting, Ductwork, HVAC, or Joinery).
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical and shop drawings where required.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, repairs, and finishing tasks efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow company procedures and site safety regulations.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on all assigned projects.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant trade experience (Finishing Carpenter requires minimum 10 years).
- Mandatory background in UAE interior fit-out projects.
- Proven technical knowledge across electrical installations, gypsum partitions, decorative painting, duct fabrication, VRF/Split HVAC systems, or joinery/wardrobe installations depending on the role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings where applicable.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality execution, and team collaboration.
