Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will manage multi-entity accounting operations, ensure strict UAE VAT compliance, oversee cash flow, and manage group financial reporting using Odoo ERP. Based onsite in Dubai, this experienced accounting professional will supervise AP/AR processes, conduct budgeting and forecasting, perform financial analysis, prepare audit schedules, and strengthen internal financial controls.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Manage budgeting activities and monitor cash flow performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Maintain financial records and accounting transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Support accounting operations across multiple business entities and group structures.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve financial processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and financial procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant.
• Hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and multi-entity accounting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT compliance, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Background in manufacturing, construction, contracting, trading, or industrial services is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
