Job Description:

The Fit-out Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates, review project specifications, compile Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and support tender submissions for interior fit-out projects. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented professional will analyze architectural drawings, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather competitive pricing, and ensure timely, high-precision project valuations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Analyze project costs and support the tender submission process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to obtain pricing information.
• Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior fit-out estimation and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, project pricing, and tender documentation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings and scope specifications.
• Prior UAE or GCC fit-out industry experience is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
