Job Description:

The HVAC Project Engineer will plan, manage, and execute HVAC installation and MEP project activities from site initiation through completion. Based in Dubai, this mechanical engineering professional will oversee project schedules, review technical drawings, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, enforce engineering quality and safety compliance, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC project activities from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing HVAC projects.
• Prior HVAC project execution experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, mechanical principles, and technical documentation.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, site coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
