Job Description:

The Safety Officer (HSE) will monitor construction sites, perform hazard inspections, and enforce workplace safety compliance. Based in Abu Dhabi, this proactive safety professional will support project teams in adopting safe work practices, prepare site incident documentation, conduct risk evaluations, and maintain full compliance with local HSE laws and contractor safety policies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Promote safe working practices and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Prepare safety reports, incident records, and documentation as required.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous safety improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on UAE experience as an HSE Safety Officer within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, site hazard identification, and risk assessment protocols.
• Preferred Nationality: Indian.
• Excellent communication, site coordination, and problem-solving skills.
