Job Description:
The Senior Consultant – Data & Agentic AI will lead high-impact client engagements focused on data modernization, analytics governance, and enterprise AI transformations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this experienced consultancy professional will work closely with executive stakeholders, design modern data platform roadmaps, gather business requirements, and deliver technical strategies across Agentic AI, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI agent frameworks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements focused on Data Management, Analytics, Governance, and AI transformation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into practical Data & AI solutions.
- Design and recommend modern data platforms and enterprise AI strategies.
- Prepare executive presentations, workshops, business cases, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI Agents.
- Support organizations in adopting innovative data and AI technologies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–4 years of consulting experience with a leading management or technology consultancy firm.
- Strong hands-on experience and technical depth in Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Data Governance, and business requirement gathering.
- Exceptional consulting, client communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications in Data, Cloud, AI, or Agentic AI, as well as Arabic language proficiency, are strong advantages.
