Job Description:
Bridges Speech Center & Bridges Care Speech Therapy Center is seeking passionate Speech & Language Therapists (SLP) and Occupational Therapists (OT) to join its healthcare team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, these DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible clinicians will conduct patient assessments, design individualized rehabilitation plans, collaborate with families, and ensure clinical compliance with DHA healthcare standards. Arabic-speaking Speech Therapists and English/Arabic-speaking Occupational Therapists are welcomed.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs for patients.
- Provide speech, language, or occupational therapy services based on patient needs.
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Develop therapy goals and recommend appropriate intervention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with DHA standards and professional guidelines.
- Promote a supportive and patient-centered care environment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility letter is strictly required.
- Prior pediatric assessment and therapy experience is preferred; fresh graduates with DHA eligibility are welcome to apply.
- Arabic language fluency is required for Speech & Language Therapists; Occupational Therapists may be proficient in Arabic or English.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
