Job Description:
OPlus Events is seeking a highly organized Female Event Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this creative and detail-oriented professional will manage event timelines, coordinate with corporate clients, liaise with vendors and suppliers, maintain project documentation, and oversee end-to-end event execution in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event planning and execution activities from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide professional support.
- Manage event schedules, timelines, and coordination tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
- Support client servicing and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist with event documentation, planning materials, and project follow-ups.
- Ensure all events are delivered according to quality standards and client expectations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Full fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of event planning processes, vendor coordination, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced creative setting.
- UAE-based candidates are strongly preferred.
