Job Description:
Al Bareeq Al Raqi Electronics Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join its finance department in Bur Dubai. Based in Dubai, this financial professional will oversee daily bookkeeping, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, maintain VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to deliver accurate financial reporting to company leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Support VAT and Corporate Tax compliance requirements.
- Prepare financial data and reports as required by management.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial information efficiently.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of complete accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT guidelines and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Practical experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
