Job Description:
Tad-Beer is seeking an experienced Operations & Marketing Officer to join its center in Sharjah. Based in Sharjah, this operational professional will coordinate the recruitment and placement of domestic helpers, manage government visa documentation, oversee orientations, ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations, and maintain efficient operational workflows across service teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment and deployment process of domestic helpers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
- Schedule domestic helper arrivals, orientations, and operational activities.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow up on visa renewals, cancellations, and end-of-service procedures.
- Support daily operations and maintain effective coordination between teams.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience within domestic helper placement, manpower recruitment, or related operational services.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE guidelines, visa processing, and government relations.
- Proficiency in computer software, MS Office, and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible, adaptable approach suitable for a dynamic service center environment.
