Job Description:

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its Head Office team in Dubai. This Dubai-based role will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, manage employee relations, oversee payroll and WPS processing, maintain HRIS data, and ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and DIFC regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations, and company policies.
• Support payroll processing, WPS administration, HRIS management, and visa-related procedures.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to creating a positive employee experience across the organization.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC employment laws, contracts, and workplace compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll processing, WPS, HRIS platforms, and visa procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
