Job Description:

Sentient by Elysian is seeking a talented Freelance Creative Lead for a high-impact three-month project in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this creative leader will drive project concepts, manage multidisciplinary design teams, oversee event and exhibition execution, maintain strict quality control, and work on-site at the Dubai office 3 to 4 days a week to ensure seamless delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative team throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions for project deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide creative direction and support throughout the design and execution process.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Creative Arts, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in creative leadership across events, exhibitions, experiential design, or immersive technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction, visual storytelling, spatial concepts, and event production.
• Availability to work in-person from the Dubai office 3–4 days per week or as project requirements demand.
• Strong team collaboration, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
