Job Description:

Emtech is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join its operational team in Karama, Dubai. Based in Karama, Dubai, this commercial coordination specialist will support daily sales operations, act as the liaison between clients and internal departments, prepare MIS reports and documentation, follow up on client requirements, and drive high standards of customer service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operational activities.
• Maintain effective communication between clients and internal departments.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Handle multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and MIS using Microsoft Office.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure successful closure of requirements.
• Support the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and sales MIS documentation.
• Proven knowledge of sales coordination, client relationship management, and commercial communication practices.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
