Job Description:

The Lazy Guy Cafe is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to fill 6 key vacancies across management, kitchen, bar, and kitchen support departments in Dubai. Based in Dubai, selected candidates will contribute to smooth restaurant operations, high food safety standards, efficient food and beverage service, and exceptional customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare high-quality food items while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Support kitchen operations and assist senior chefs in food preparation.
• Prepare beverages and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma, Culinary Certification, Hospitality Qualification, or relevant experience matching the target position.
• Proven track record in restaurant service, food preparation, kitchen operations, or F&B management.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, hygiene compliance, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced café and kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
