Job Description:
Epic Eats Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this accounting specialist will handle day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, food cost control, and QuickBooks financial reporting across multiple restaurant brands.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and invoicing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, food costs, and cost control processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with daily accounting operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial data and support reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Mandatory prior experience within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or catering sector.
- Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and food cost analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, high numerical accuracy, and keen attention to detail.
- UAE-based candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
