Job Description:
Ethart is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting and financial operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this dedicated financial professional will oversee general ledger activities, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process bank reconciliations, maintain UAE VAT compliance, work with Zoho Books and Tally ERP systems, and assist with monthly and year-end financial closings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, account statements, and reconciliations.
- Handle supplier payments and customer collections.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support payroll-related accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial policies.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a contracting or construction company.
- Hands-on operational experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- In-depth understanding of UAE VAT compliance laws and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
