Job Description:

Boilen Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this accounting specialist will handle day-to-day financial record-keeping, manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and bank reconciliations, execute monthly closing activities using Odoo ERP, and support executive finance reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Odoo ERP.
• Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Mandatory practical experience using Odoo ERP accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial documentation.
• High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
• Female candidates of any nationality are preferred.
