Job Description:
IBTIKAR Holding is seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to lead its corporate finance operations in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, this senior executive will oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensure strict compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations, manage treasury and accounting functions, liaison with external auditors and banking partners, and provide actionable financial intelligence to senior management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, and internal company policies.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxation, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop financial strategies that support business growth and improve profitability.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS standards, corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Hands-on operational experience with enterprise ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel modeling.
- Strong executive leadership, team mentorship, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Prior UAE or GCC corporate finance experience is preferred; Arab National preferred.
