Job Description:
A premier construction company is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its project management team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this documentation specialist will oversee project document control workflows, maintain accurate technical registers, manage document distribution between engineers, consultants, and contractors, establish organized archiving systems, and ensure full compliance with project documentation standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documents, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review, track, and distribute technical documents to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all documentation is properly archived and easily accessible when required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Document Control, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Dubai, UAE.
- Extensive background working on building construction or major civil projects.
- In-depth knowledge of document control procedures, document tracking systems, technical filing, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
