Job Description:

Hilwaniz Trading LLC is seeking an energetic Salesman to join its field distribution team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this commercial representative will conduct outdoor sales visits across retail outlets in the UAE, promote trading inventory, build long-term client relationships, collect customer payments, execute market reporting, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers across the UAE to promote and sell company products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Schedule and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business partnerships.
• Collect customer payments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare market analysis and sales performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities to support sales growth.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Prior experience in field sales, trading distribution, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across various emirates in the UAE.
• Self-motivated personality with strong payment collection and target-achievement abilities.
