Job Description:
Imdaad is seeking an Executive – Employee Relations to join its Human Capital team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this human resources professional will oversee employee relations initiatives, administer medical insurance, GPA, and Workmen’s Compensation programs, handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a positive workplace environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations matters and provide timely assistance to employees.
- Administer medical insurance, GPAs, employee welfare programs, and related services according to company policies and service standards.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes when required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth employee services.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience within Employee Relations or generalist Human Resources operations.
- Hands-on experience in medical insurance administration, claims processing, Workmen’s Compensation, death claims, and Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, statutory regulations, and grievance handling.
- Strong stakeholder management, professional communication, and confidential data-handling skills.
