Job Description:
ESOL Global is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and IT infrastructure administration to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this technology specialist will design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE environments, build REST API integrations with ERP and cloud platforms, administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows Server infrastructure, and provide end-user technical support across enterprise operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage API integrations and connect Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize security and infrastructure operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3–7 years of progressive experience in IT systems engineering, software customization, or technical support administration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication capabilities are mandatory.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- In-depth technical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, Web Services, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Solid background in network administration, firewalls, VPNs, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell scripting, and cybersecurity best practices within an IT enterprise setting.
