Job Description:

A padel club located in Dubai Sports City is seeking an organized Receptionist cum Admin to oversee front desk and administrative functions. Based in Dubai, this customer service and administrative specialist will greet club members and guests, manage court bookings and appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure seamless daily operational support across the facility.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk and reception operations.
• Welcome and assist members and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Manage bookings, phone calls, appointments, and daily administrative tasks.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the club.

🔹 Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a padel club, racket sports facility, sports club, fitness center, or similar environment is preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and front desk administrative abilities.
• Candidates currently residing in and available within the UAE are preferred.
