Job Description:
Kricon Global FZCO is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Executive to join its ISO tank container division in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this logistics operations specialist will manage end-to-end ISO tank shipments, serve as the primary customer interface, coordinate with shipping lines, depots, hauliers, and cleaning stations, prepare shipping documentation, and optimize regional operational processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate ISO tank movements, including planning, documentation, depot and cleaning arrangements, and scheduling.
- Liaise with shipping lines, depots, hauliers, and cleaning stations to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor shipments from start to finish and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
- Prepare and manage documentation, including bookings, invoices, certificates, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Assist in establishing and improving local operational processes for the Dubai office.
🔹 Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, tank container operations, or bulk liquid transport.
- Strong knowledge of ISO tank shipment coordination, depot operations, cleaning procedures, and customs documentation.
- Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, cross-border coordination, and problem-solving skills.
