Based in Dubai, this client support specialist will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, deliver accurate product information, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on customer support or client service experience.
