Job Description:
Maison Mathis is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team supporting its Arabian Ranches and Dubai South venues in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this hands-on hospitality manager will oversee daily floor operations, supervise and mentor service personnel, enforce food quality and service standards, optimize guest satisfaction, and drive operational performance across licensed European dining spaces.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily management of restaurant operations.
- Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant team members.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food service and restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient service during operating hours.
- Assist in achieving operational goals and maintaining quality standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and developing restaurant teams within similar European or French dining concepts.
- Previous experience working within a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE is mandatory.
- In-depth technical knowledge of European and French cuisine, beverage service, floor operations, and guest relation management.
- Exceptional leadership, guest relation, hands-on operational management, and team-building skills.
