Job Description:

Aviare Group is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this accounting specialist will handle routine financial transactions, maintain general ledger documentation, assist with account reconciliations, manage UAE VAT filings in compliance with FTA regulations, and utilize enterprise accounting systems for financial reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Support UAE VAT compliance and FTA-related requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and update accounting records.
• Use accounting software to process and manage financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in maintaining organized accounting files and records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience within the UAE.
• Practical working knowledge of UAE VAT legislation, FTA tax return processes, and compliance rules.
• Proficiency in accounting platforms (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset, organization skills, and sharp attention to numerical detail.
