Job Description:
An established aesthetic clinic is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to direct its marketing and promotional operations in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, this marketing leadership professional will develop growth strategies, oversee digital marketing and social media campaigns, guide creative teams including Graphic Designers and Executives, optimize patient acquisition, and drive brand positioning within the aesthetic healthcare market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support business growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including Graphic Designers and Marketing Executives.
- Oversee digital marketing, branding, social media, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with management to improve brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience, with strong preference for healthcare, medical, or aesthetic clinic sectors.
- Bilingual fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
- Demonstrated track record of executing digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and brand management initiatives.
- Strong leadership abilities to direct, mentor, and evaluate creative marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic management skills; immediate joiners are highly preferred.
