Accountant – Client-Facing / On-Site Role – Dubai, UAE | Versatile Corporate

Job Description:

Versatile Corporate is seeking a client-facing Accountant to perform on-site accounting operations in Dubai. Based directly at client premises across Dubai, this financial professional will maintain complete books of accounts, perform trial balance preparation, manage financial reconciliations, handle UAE VAT documentation, resolve client queries, and deliver timely financial reports while representing the consultancy firm professionally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Work from client premises and manage daily accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with client teams to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Perform bookkeeping activities and maintain financial records.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support accounting reports, trial balance preparation, and financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance requirements.
• Manage client deadlines and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter or ACCA Part-Qualified status is highly preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 1 year of client-site or consultancy accounting practice.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using professional accounting software and preparing trial balances and financial reports.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in VAT documentation and strong familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
• Exceptional client management, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
