Job Description:
GS IT Infrastructure is seeking a skilled IT Procurement Specialist to lead technology sourcing at its office in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, this IT procurement professional will source hardware, software, AV, ELV, and ICT products, negotiate vendor terms and pricing with Dubai distributors, manage supplier relationships, evaluate commercial quotes, and ensure project procurement alignment across system integration contracts.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate quotations for IT, AV, ELV, and ICT products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
- Identify cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of dedicated experience in IT procurement, ideally within the Dubai system integration or technology distribution market.
- Comprehensive product knowledge across IT hardware, accessories, AV systems, ELV components, and ICT solutions.
- Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills and established vendor relationships with UAE IT distributors.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with strong coordination and operational multi-tasking capabilities.
