Job Description:
Stantec is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support major water infrastructure projects in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this senior engineering professional will manage project planning, develop detailed baseline schedules, monitor progress performance, analyze schedule risks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary project management teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery across GCC infrastructure developments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules for water infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide planning and scheduling support.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Analyze project performance and prepare planning reports.
- Identify potential project delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and industry standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in water infrastructure.
- Proven track record delivering major water infrastructure, utility, or civil engineering projects within the GCC region.
- Expertise in project planning software (such as Primavera P6), delay mitigation, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
