Job Description:
The IT Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and end-user devices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist users with IT-related requests and system troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining service quality.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in IT/Desktop Support.
- Currently available in Dubai and able to join within 10 days.
- Candidates on a visit visa are welcome to apply.
- UAE driving licence is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop troubleshooting, hardware, software, and IT helpdesk procedures.
