Small Steps Big Dream is a dedicated pediatric therapy center in Dubai specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and developmental support services for children.

Job Description:

The ABA Therapist will work with children across multiple locations in Dubai, implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to support developmental, behavioral, and social goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy sessions tailored to individual child needs.
• Support children’s behavioral, social, and developmental progress.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, educators, and families.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and documentation.
• Travel to different Dubai locations when required to provide therapy services.

🔹 Requirements:

• ABAT or IBT Certification is required.
• CDA License is preferred.
• Must hold a valid UAE visa.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Dubai.
• Passion for working with children in a therapeutic environment.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and therapy documentation.
