Job Description:

The HR & People Operations Specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE employment regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations and provide support on day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and people operations processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Support HR administration and contribute to process improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in the trading, forex, financial services, or fintech industry is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage HR duties independently.
