Job Description:

The HSE Trainer will plan and deliver engaging health, safety, and environmental training programs, ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting organizations in elevating workplace safety standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver effective health, safety, and environmental training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups on HSE topics.
  • Ensure training materials comply with current HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assess participant performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and support workplace compliance initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a valid NEBOSH Certification.
  • Diploma in Health & Safety is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience as an HSE Trainer is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of applicable HSE legislation and industry standards.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
