Job Description:

The Senior HSE Engineer will lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives, oversee TRAKHEES regulatory compliance, conduct audits and risk assessments, and manage workplace safety systems across high-rise building projects in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs across projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, HSE audits, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report HSE performance across project sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve HSE performance and workplace safety practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to project teams and site personnel.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience, specifically on high-rise building projects.
• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 equivalent HSE qualification is required.
• TRAKHEES Approval is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk management systems, and site inspection procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with immediate availability preferred.
